Eighteen programmes covering every year level from five to twenty two, and every adult role in the school. Students, teachers, teacher aides, the office team and parents.
One licence covers all of them.
A school is more than its classrooms. Each group below has sessions written for their own day rather than a general programme adapted to fit.
Six programmes across the year levels, from five year olds to university age. Played to the room by the teacher.
Separate programmes for primary and secondary, plus three professional learning modules. Taken privately, not in front of a class.
Its own programme, written for one on one work, small groups and the transitions aides carry.
Covered by the School Teams programme, for the front desk and the interruptions that come with it.
Two programmes given to families by the school. Used at home, alone or alongside their child.
Every programme below is included. They are grouped by who they are written for, so a year level lead can find their own row and a wellbeing lead can see the whole picture.
Every student programme runs the same way. The teacher presses play and the class does the session together.
There are no student logins and no data is collected on any child.
Single sessions, written for the ten minutes before an assessment.
Played to the room, or by a student on their own.
Written for the adult, not the classroom. These are taken privately, between periods or at the end of the day.
Given to families by the school. Parents use these on their own or alongside their child.
The school does not manage parent accounts.
The teacher presses play and the session runs through the classroom speaker. Sessions are three to ten minutes.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to facilitate.
Nothing. No logins, no accounts, no app to install.
A personal account is available for home use and is optional.
Sessions are played to groups and no data is collected on any student. There is no individual tracking.
Built to comply with Australian privacy law for schools.
It runs in a browser and on iOS and Android.
A classroom with a speaker, a device and internet is the whole requirement.
None.
Any teacher can press play and run a session, which is what keeps this off the professional learning calendar.
About an hour across a school.
Your wellbeing lead gets an implementation guide and a direct line for questions.
The same three minutes reaches your five year old,
the teacher taking the class,
and the parent at home that night.
He spent six years putting one question to school leaders. What would actually work in your classroom. Every programme here is written to that answer, which is why they are short, audio led, and ask nothing of the teacher running them.
A former professional basketballer, coach and certified mindfulness practitioner, with more than thirty years training Olympians, professional athletes, students and adults in mental performance.
Twenty five years inside professional sport across Australia, Canada and internationally, building the relationships that put programmes in front of the people who run them. He handles the conversations with schools, networks and dioceses, from the first question through to the licence.
Talk to Jim about your school.
The classroom teacher, from the front of the room. They open the session and press play. The class listens together and it ends on its own.
No. There is nothing for a student to download, sign into or remember. Families who want access at home get a separate code, and that is optional.
None. Sessions are played to a group, so there is nothing to attach to a child. No attendance, no completion, no scores. The system is built to comply with Australian privacy law for schools.
About an hour. There is no training to schedule, so rollout is a matter of telling staff where the sessions are and letting them start.
If a classroom has a speaker, a device and internet, yes. It runs in a browser and on iOS and Android.
No. Parents are given a code and their accounts are theirs. The school does not administer them and does not see what a family listens to.
The network option covers dioceses, district groups and multi campus schools. Volume pricing applies and a single view can be built across every site.
Yes, under the network option. Sessions can be recorded in your school's voice and for your school's culture, with your wellbeing lead's input.
These are used in Australia and the United States. Each name leads with the age range and then gives both systems, so a principal in either one can find the right programme.
A conversation, not a pitch. Tell us your school and we will tell you what it would look like there.
